Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update
We are closely monitoring the updates around the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak in these unprecedented times.
We acted quickly to ensure we are taking all the precautionary measures to keep our employees, clients and suppliers safe.
To mitigate risk to our staff and clients, we therefore transitioned all staff to ‘work from home’ processes from Wednesday 18th March 2020 which are now well embedded and working seamlessly.
We recognise the important role we play in our customers businesses.
We have therefore implemented the following measures
- All staff transitioned to remote working whilst maintaining our existing processes along with enhancements to our technical infrastructure to fully support remote working therefore resulting in a no-disruption scenario
- All meetings/training/support can be conducted online with video/audio/document sharing through multiple sources to ensure all customers have the means to connect with us at any time
- Security to data and systems is maintained through encrypted VPN connections and connects us through the same secure network as if we are connecting directly from our office
- We continue to practice social distancing and follow government guidelines in every environment
As the situation is changing, we will continue to monitor the progress, recommendations and keep you fully informed.
